SPECIAL NOTE for LSPDFR users: Better set the KillEnemies property in the config to false or you might face that VAutodrive kills suspects! Gotta say, the way you can define those special heli-pad blips is awesome!:) Ran into a bit of a snag, though. I defined one pad as: 73 Helipad Hillhouse 4.32 708.83 See: Problem is, the heli can't land there (center of helipad).
The AutoDrive just hovers around it, but won't land. Maybe it thinks it's too close to a mountain or something? You can land there manually just fine, btw. I tried different headings too; but to no avail. 'This house is not part of the map. The game's code doesn't recognize it and the rocks below the helipad are considered as no suitable landing space.' Well, House Chiliad (a wee bit above the home I rezzed myself in my example) IS part of the game; you can't land there either (and even has one of your blips defined).
So, is the 'no landing on rock underneath' something *you* enforce? Or is it just the game doing that? If the former, I wouldn't mind if you dropped that rule in a next installment (or made it optional).:). Hey, what driving style hash do you use for the normal driving mode? I'm trying to edit code to another mod to make the driver stop at traffic lights, avoid most obstacles, and just drive like a regular ped - an issue that seems to arise from whatever driving mode I try (even the default 0xC00AB style) is that the vehicle will stop behind parked, empty vehicles and won't move. I've tried experimenting with other hash codes but I can't seem to crack it.
If you could help me out, I'd appreciate it tremendously.
